Tierra Viva Collective is a worker-led organization advancing land sovereignty, food system transformation, and climate justice. We cultivate community-led solutions that restore ecological balance, redistribute power, and strengthen the wellbeing of farmers, farmworkers, and communities. Because the revolution won’t be televised—it will be collectivized.

Tierra Viva Collective envisions a world where communities reclaim power over their food systems and environmental futures by working in deep, meaningful relationships with the land, one another, and the forces that sustain life—Soil, Plants, and Sky. We cultivate a space where ideas flourish into action, where solutions emerge from collaboration and where justice is rooted in the living soil of our collective efforts.
